Rehabit supports adults affected by addiction who can too easily fall through gaps between health, social care and community services. We therefore welcome national conversations about how support can become more accessible, joined-up and responsive to people’s real lives.
The Big Conversation on Care, led by the Independent Commission on Adult Social Care, has been gathering views from people across England about the future of adult social care. The Commission wants to understand what people need from the system, drawing on the experiences of those receiving care, those providing it and the wider public.
The first online phase of the consultation closed on 23 September 2026, and the findings will help inform recommendations to Government on how adult social care could be made better and fairer.
